Who We Are

Sometimes the smallest beginnings grow into something far greater than we could imagine.

Our story began around a table with a small circle of women gathering each Wednesday to journey through Waking Up Grey by Jennie Schut. What started as a book study soon became something much deeper. Through laughter, tears, honest conversations, and prayer, women began rediscovering the creativity God had placed within them. As they created together, they also found healing, courage, and the freedom to dream again.

That awakening became the heartbeat of Revived & Restored – Building Community, Inc.

We believe God designed us for relationship—with Him and with one another. Our desire is to create a thriving community where individuals and families are empowered, healed, and united through the transforming love and presence of God. By nurturing connection, encouraging creativity, and addressing childhood trauma with compassion, we seek to build a future where every person is valued and every generation flourishes.

One beautiful expression of that vision is Nonni Camp.

At Nonni Camp, generations come together in joyful, meaningful ways. Grandmothers and "Nonnis" share their love of cooking, gardening, art, and everyday life skills with the next generation. Children learn to prepare meals from scratch, tend gardens, create with their hands, explore entrepreneurship, and discover that the gifts God has placed inside them are meant to be shared.

We believe healing doesn't happen in isolation—it happens in community. When generations slow down long enough to learn from one another, something beautiful is restored. Wisdom is passed down. Creativity is awakened. Families become stronger. Children discover they are deeply loved and uniquely created with purpose.

Revived & Restored exists to cultivate these kinds of spaces—not only through Nonni Camp, but also through creative gatherings for women, partnerships with men's ministries, and opportunities that encourage healthy living, joyful play, spiritual growth, and authentic community.

It's an invitation to rediscover wonder, reconnect generations, and join God in the beautiful work of reviving hearts, restoring families, and building a community where faith, creativity, and love are lived every day.
